Kim’s Education

One of Kim’s greatest attributes as an Asian medicine practitioner is her ability to function as a partner in wellness. She strongly believes in the innate wholeness of each individual and the intrinsic healing capacity that lies within all of us. She has a genuine desire to see every patient fulfill his or her highest potential in life, and enjoys being a part of each patient’s individual journey.

Kim utilizes many techniques during her treatments, including acupuncture, moxibustion, gua sha, cupping, and so tai ho. In addition, an herbal formula may be prescribed and/or appropriate supplements may be recommended.

Additionally, Kim has specialized training in Seitai Shinpo acupuncture- a unique system of diagnosis and treatment that excels in addressing imbalances and blockages from a musculoskeletal level. She finds this type of work especially rewarding, as these types of physical imbalances can often be the underlying root cause of many ailments that manifest physically as well as emotionally.
